We know from personal experience that there’s absolutely nothing worse, as a client, having to chase multiple people to get answers in regard to your sales progression. This is why we always keep you in the loop – even when there’s not necessarily an update, just so you’re informed. Charley, our Lead Valuer, is on hand at all times of the day (even on weekends!) to communicate with.

Our welcoming office is located on Hoole Road. When you see our office, you’ll know Address is different! Our choice of décor and furniture has been carefully handpicked by a specialist designer to ensure it reflects every element of our brand.

Charlotte
Charlotte has over 12 years’ experience in estate agency starting as a compliance officer, working her way up to the Valuer position. Charlotte offers a second to none – personable experience, listening to all your needs when moving and helping you throughout the whole process.
When she is not valuing properties, Charlotte enjoys fun activities and eating out
MAYA
After completing a degree in Sociology, Maya joined the Address team as Marketing Assistant. Maya is new to the industry and is super excited to grow in her role! She’s eager to learn what it takes to market a new business — from developing creative strategies to engaging online audiences and building a strong digital presence. Outside of work, Maya loves spontaneous trips to new cities, where she enjoys exploring new music scenes whether she’s with friends or family.
Milly
Milly’s background began with a degree in Geography and Flood Management, followed by the role of a Sustainability Consultant. She then spent 5 years as a Wedding & Events Manager, which involved leading the Marketing & Sales. Milly joined us as our Marketing Manager and is excited to be a part of a new business! When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her two ragdoll cats, friends and family.
Ewelina
Ewelina is the General Manager at Address Estate Agents, overseeing both Address and our sister business, Bed Student Rentals. Since 2016 she’s built broad property expertise across insurance and multi-branch estate agency—leading admin for eight branches, implementing Welsh legislation, and progressing to Head of Property Management & Administration and Client Account Manager; outside work she enjoys walking her dog, theatre (especially musicals), travel, films with a glass of wine, and time with family.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
Money laundering refers to the process by which individuals attempt to conceal the true origin, ownership, or control of funds obtained through criminal activity, making them appear as though they have been generated from legitimate sources.
Address Sales and Lettings is committed to complying with its legal responsibilities under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, along with any other applicable laws designed to prevent money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
As part of these obligations, Address Sales and Lettings works closely with Propertymark and HIPLA to ensure appropriate identity verification checks are carried out for all sellers and buyers at the outset of a professional relationship.
Our team will therefore collect valid identification documents, proof of address, and proof of funds at the start of any transaction.
Where required, the firm also takes reasonable steps to confirm the origin of both the client’s wealth and the funds being used in transactions handled by the company.
In addition, we maintain internal procedures to ensure that any concerns or suspicions relating to money laundering or terrorist financing are reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Address Sales and Lettings is supervised by HMRC for Anti-Money Laundering purposes and is committed to keeping its compliance procedures and policies up to date.
