Address Gives Local Business Owner a Winning Start To The New Year

Alison Eite, owner of Chester-based dog walking business, Unleashed Dog Sitting, was the lucky winner of £1000 cash giveaway just before Christmas, courtesy of Address, a new community-focused estate agent.

The company ran a special, local giveaway throughout December on its social media channels, specifically aimed at people living in CH and LL postcodes – and the winner was announced in time for Christmas and the new year.

Commenting on her unexpected win, Alison said: “What a fantastic way to finish 2025 and start the new year, I am absolutely delighted to have won the Address competition. The prize money will make a huge difference to me and my family, and I will be spending some of it on some new warm weather gear to wear when I am out and about with my four-legged customers.

Mike Hannigan, Address owner and local property guru and entrepreneur, said: “I am so pleased that our lucky winner was a local business owner, we are keen to make a real difference to our local community – and as a dog-lover myself, this is particularly happy ‘tail’!”

Address aims to bring a bold, refreshing, and community-focused approach to the local property market. From the outset, Address is committed to giving back to Chester. For every home sold, the agency will donate a minimum of £500 from its completion fee to a local charity chosen by the seller. This initiative sets the company apart in an industry often perceived as transactional rather than personal.

Located in the heart of Hoole at the top of Falkner Street, Address has recently undergone a massive office transformation bringing a fresh and vibrant office space for the team and a place which will help buyers and sellers get to feel and better understand the commitment to community and stress-free buying, selling and renting.

By blending bold marketing, genuine care, and community commitment, Address is setting a new standard for estate agents in Chester.
